Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Natural Variation
Due to the nature of hair-on-hide and cowhide products, each item is unique. Variations in colour, pattern, markings, and texture are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered faults.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items marked as non-returnable

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
